Well after looking around for a while for a 15 to build a Home Theater sub with, I kinda started looking at the RE SE series. I modeled the 15 and it looks like it is going to make a killer home sub.... So I ordered one. And an SX15 to play with also...... I'll have some pictures in a few weeks and let you know how it works out.....

I really like the idea of the tough suspention systems RE uses... I don't think these will wear out super easy... I kind of have the tendancy to beat on stuff a little.... We'll see...

Time to build some enclosures and beat the piss out of them.
Nice looking subs, Mike.

The SE 15 will be going into a 4.5ft3 @ 24Hz box for a H/T setup and the SX 15 is going into my yonger brothers Bronco in a 4ft3 @32Hz box.

I'll feed the SE 15 with a 250wpc Carver power amp and the SX will see 900 watts from a Pheonix Gold class D sub amp.

I have to build the H/T box, but my brother has had the same box I am going to use for the SX for about 2 years now. I had originally built it for a Type R 15 which he blew, then I put in a Tempest which was better but he has shot the suspention on it. The SX will be perfect in there. The Box is 1 1/4" MDF, built like a brick shit house....
