...... Kyle almost jumped ship onto here a while back, maybe he will come around again??? RE is kind of out of the question these days, I think they are a little to big for us now..... I don't worry about the sponsorship for this too much, Tony (Doc) and I paid for everything ourselves so far to get Force up and running, not a big deal. If it blows up in the future, we may need to shuffle things around a bit.
To me Force is audio discussion without the Douche-bag BS that keeps people that are serious about this from contributing. Kind of like, if you don't know your shit OR are NOT willing to learn, go somewhere else...
DIYaudio.com is sort of like I want Force to be, but they are just too lame on there sometimes (you make one comment and 20 people from all over the world tell you about how speaker X comes from a country that oppresses some religion... blah blah blah....) they are like audio with a liberal twist.... I just don't want that junk here...
I think we'll add some type of off-topic section... People will be able to talk about whatever, and honestly, I don't think we'll moderate at all unless someone starts running a porn link or something else with 12 year old Asian boys that would get me and Doc in some shit....
This should be a place where people who really know there stuff share with others.... Serious DIY for people who want to learn... Real electrical questions, real tests, real systems... No biases twards any one brand... Kind of like, if it wangs, tell us about it... If it doesn't or someone screwed you, tell us also...
Anyway, I gotta run, movers are showing up in a few hours with 10,000 lbs of my stuff I haven't seen since August 6th... Later and spread the word if you feel like it.
