So, since I drive a big ol' vehicle I have some room to spare. I am thinking of putting some subs in the doors, along with my 6.5 and tweets. I was looking at
http://www.lorentz-audio.com/page/LA/PROD/woofer/LRW-SL8-08/session_id/accd34592803f4a4de129661d3ced223
Has anyone had any experience with them? At 60ish per, can I really go wrong?
What do y'all think?

i'd say it looks like a good match for what you are doing....enclosure as as small as .25cu ft!
but never heard of them...but i say go for it...
what are you driving anyways that you have room for 8s in your doors?

That is a common design now, alot of companies are using that same package in 8,10 & 12" subs... Would probably work OK, but when I see a 45Hz Fs, +/- 20% (I think this is a shady way os saying the Fs will more than likely be 60Hz or so) That usually doesn't lend much low end extension in a small sealed box..
If you were going to go that route, I would look at the 10" versions, I think Kyle has them at Acoustic Visions...
Or go with a standard 8, like an RE or Tangband.... I would do the Tang, but they have a little deeper mounting depth than you may want....

Well, I am pretty sure that I can put 10's in there too.

BTW, why would one list FS at a +/- 20? Is that so you can take into account box size? I don't think I have ever seen one setup like that......

They list it that way because they know the Fs is going to be higher than they want to list.... Or, thier Quality Control sucks...
