Well, I found out I could buy fresh pressed Apple Cider here (we made our own at home every year back in the states), so we brewed up a 5 gallon batch of "Apple Pie"......

It starts with 4 gallons of cider, a bunch of spices, some sugar a few special ingredients and then an additional gallon of Bacardi 151 to give the process a kick start....  It is some pretty awesome stuff when it is done, takes about 2 months to come of age.....  It tastes just like apple pie when it's ripe, but will put a serious hurtin' on you if you aren't carefull... but i have heard variations with the recipe...one of my buddy uses everclear and bacardi 151

and he boils it or cooks it too before....

what's the recipe for it? i kind of want to try and make some now Smiley

That cider tastes excellent. Tastes so good you could end up with your dick in the dirt if you don't watch it...

never had the Heffie or the Sam Smiths, but c'mon...leave me alone x-over....i am still new to the beer game...i'm not 21 yet so i can't just go out and try anything new!  i'd like to try the Leine's Creamy Dark Lager, or the Sunset Wheat...heard those are good ones...

oh Blue Moon is good shit too!  regardless of what you have to say jamie!

oh yeah throw some applie pie my way next time too! lol, some buddies made some and drank it this past friday...good stuff, but their recipe was a bit different

i believe it...my classmate was stationed in Germany and in Europe for god knows how long...he says many cities will have their own breweries so a lot of cities have beer that are indigenous to that area only
