Here's the socket it needs to fit into.
I'm thinkin' the center pin is ground, dunno about the power cord....

The scope ain't much and a little dated, but it was cheap and more than likely good enough for dealing with vacuum tubes in the audio band.

I'm sick of cobbling together crap and only going by a digital multimeter and hearing.
It would be nice to run sine and square waves into a device and see what's really up. Sometimes, I don't really trust my ears.

Not to mention troubleshooting, or measuring a raw output transformer, or even watching the rise-time on a power supply....now that would be a nice option.....

Yeah, I want it....cool!
